Invest With
Archaeological Discovery Ventures

Countless investors have approached us over the years to provide risk capital for ADVL to pursue various treasure projects and salvage opportunities. Unfortunately, the vast majority of investors expect that we will operate as most treasure salvers have for centuries - research, locate, recover, and liquidate treasure for profit.

If this is your interest, you need not read further.

We have NEVER sold relics or artifacts from any of our recoveries. We have, on occasion, sold non-artifact items such as loose gemstones and unmarked gold and silver conglomerates to continue funding our operations.

It is our philosophy that history should be preserved and shared with the world - not sold to the highest bidder.

With this in mind, you may ask how a potential investor could possibly profit from an association with ADVL. In a word, Exhibition.

Our goal is to create local exhibits for each treasure we locate and recover. Doing a little due diligence, one can quickly discern that exhibiting treasures provides innumerable ongoing opportunities whereas a sale provides only single profit opportunity.

The King Tut Traveling Exhibit and the Titanic Traveling Exhibits generated tens of millions of dollars in ticket sales in just a few short years. Perhaps the most interesting thing about both exhibits is that there were very few (if any) actual artifacts in the exhibits! If you were one of the tens of thousands of visitors who paid ticket prices of $25-$200 each to walk through a maze of plexiglass display cases with tiny white cards that were inscribed with the word 'Replica' on them, then you know how truly unimpressive these exhibits truly were when compared to an exhibit that would have not only included real artifacts, but also a greater selection of them as well. Notwithstanding, these exhibits were both incredibly successful.

Current Investment Opportunities:

Cortes Shipwreck AND The Treasure of the Americas Exhibit
We are presently in the planning stages for the paradigm-shifting exhibit that will be 'The Treasure of the Americas'. Over $5 Billion in Treasure will be on display, in an interactive and informative way. Initially planned as a static, destination exhibit, one or more traveling exhibits are also planned in the future to further expand our global reach and share this incredible history with the world. Current cost estimates range at $500 Million with the exhibit being located in South Florida. Profits will be generated from ticket sales, concessions, souvenirs, and a high-end jewelry operation selling actual gemstones recovered from the shipwreck. NONE of the artifacts will be sold. Additional recovery will also occur on the Cortes Shipwreck, resulting in additional artifacts and treasures being recovered. Loose emeralds are certainly a potential incentive, but again, investors will NOT receive artifacts as profits. We are not a corporation and stockholders do not have a vote on this matter. Each investor relationship is very specifically detailed within the confines of a specific project with specific returns and outlined proceeds.

U-Boat
Still in the research phase, our team has narrowed the search area to approximately 5 square miles. We are preparing for the magnetometer and side-scan sonar location of this incredible shipwreck. While the shipwreck is expected to have an incredible cache of gold bars, the unconscionable manner in which the precious metals were acquired (extracted dental work, theft from individuals, families, houses of worship, etc), we feel that it is entirely inappropriate to profit from the precious metals on the ship. Any bullion recovered will be used to establish foundations and provide some remote sense of restitution for the atrocities committed by the Nazis. We also expect incredible works of art to be included on the wreck. Any legitimate claims will be honored with artwork being eventually returned to its rightful owners. However, as is customary in salvage, we will receive a reasonable salvage fee based on the value of the item(s) recovered. In exchange for the return of these pieces, we will retain exhibition rights for the first several years after recovery and restoration of these priceless pieces. The resulting traveling exhibits are likely to draw record crowds, and with them, revenues for the team. Imagine having the opportunity to view works of art previously thought lost forever. Once the exhibits are completed, the artwork will be appropriately returned - without the need for tying things up in court for decades.

American Aztecs
We are presently in the planning stages of this project. However, the Aztec Temple has already been located by our team. We will be working on a documentary film and potentially a feature film, of which project investors will have some remuneration. Our research suggests that some raw gold will be recovered along with incredible Aztec relics and artifacts. Primary revenues will be the on-market sale of raw gold, collectible gold nuggets with certificates of authenticity, and of course, revenues from the resulting exhibits. No artifacts or one-of-a-kind pieces will be disbursed to investors.

Venture Capital Opportunities
Several members of our team have created a 'Venture Collateral' firm called Iconic Ventures, LLC. Utilizing rough emeralds from the Cortes Shipwreck, Iconic Ventures provides backing collateral to equity cash investors in various venture capital projects. Focusing primarily on start-ups, equity investor cash is secured with 150% in shipwreck gems, which are placed in escrow. In the unlikely event of a project default, the investor receives title to the stones on a pro rata basis. The equity provided by the project is split equally between the cash investor and Iconic Ventures. http://IconicV.com

Tax-Deductible Donations
The Palm Beach Theological Seminary College, is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization. As such, donations to the organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The college is a massive free internet-based resource that provides individuals, groups, and major colleges and universities around the world with extensive theological and religious information. We have digitized and made available over 60,000 written works - FREE. The college is a non-denominational non-sectarian, institution committed to end religious discrimination and the separation of nations by supporting tolerance of all races through the study of comparative religions by rendering an awareness of the common bond that roots the different religions together. Harvard and Yale Divinity Schools both utilize our extensive website to research religions around the world. Our site receives literally millions of visitors each month all learning more about their own beliefs and the beliefs of friends, neighbors, and even those thought to be their enemies. The receives and encourages donations of listed artwork, real estate, vehicles, vessels, and other items of value. Our plan is to eventually create a brick and mortar regional university.

Current Need: Middle School Playground
The Palm Beach Theological Seminary College is currently assisting a non-profit parent-teacher-student organization in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The group has already raised half of the $250,000 it needs to complete a child and community-centered playground at a middle school in Edmonton. The government agency that had previously agreed to fund the matching grant for their project has, unfortunately, run out of funds. As such, they will not be able to reconsider their request until next Winter - after this year's building season is already over. Donations can be made directly through the organization for a Canadian Tax Deduction or can be run through Palm Beach Theological Seminary College (or a combination of each) to provide a US Tax Deduction.
